ZOE'S FEEL GOOD PILATES
I'm Zoe and I'm a Pilates instructor based around Hedge-End and Durley. I'm offering classes for both men and women wanting to start a new healthy hobby!
Previously being a cleaner whilst looking after my two children, I decided to get into Pilates after experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and now want to help other women with this very common yet not spoken about problem.
My aim from my classes are;
• Improving flexibility, strength and body awareness.
• Promoting mobility and strength of all major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion.
• Improving posture, balance and body awareness.
• Developing core strength and function.
• Decreasing back and hip pain.
• Decreasing pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Improving the quality of life by having a positive effect on depression and pain
